After ascertaining microscopic clearance on frozen section, the size of the mucosal defect,

length and angulation of mandibular bony defect were noted. Free fibular osseo-cutaneous

flap was harvested based on the peroneal artery and vein in the lower leg. Right. The

length of required bone was measured and any excess bone sawed off prior to inset of

flap in the oral cavity.
