Fibula bone was used to reconstruct the mandibular bony defect. The fibula bone was fixed to

the mandible with plates and screws. Skin island of the fibular osseo-cutaneous flap was used to

reconstruct the intra-oral mucosal defect (right). Microvascular anastomosis was performed in

the neck between the pedicle artery and right superior thyroid artery (A), pedicle vein and

branch of the right IJV (V).
