Clinical features










             With progression of the disease there

                will be skin fibrosis, hyperkeratosis

                with or without skin ulceration






             Very rarely lymphangiosarcoma may

                develop in chronic cases and

                present with erythematous skin

                nodules and ulceration.  (risk is less

                than 0.03%, and biopsy will be

                required for diagnosis)

             Chronic non healing wounds are also

                associated with increased risk of

                cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma
