 A rare undifferentiated neoplasm that

have an unclear cell of origin

 20% of all soft tissue tumours

 Gold standard is curative surgery with

adequate resection margins followed by
adjuvant treatment

 High risk of local recurrence ~ 20-40%

 Overall mortality ~40%
