Angiosarcoma

It is an uncommon malignant vascular tumour

arising from endothelial lining of blood vessels.

It is an aggressive tumour and tends to recur

locally. It has a high rate of lymph node and

        systemic metastases.

It presents as a bruise-like skin lesion. The

standard treatment is wide local excision

        followed by adjuvant radiotherapy.
